This company was formed in 2000 for the specific purpose of acquiring the former Viasystems factory at Wilderhaugh in Galashiels which had closed a year earlier with significant job losses.
Based on our philosophy of creating high quality employment space, Image Estates has grown since that time to become a leading and dynamic property investment and development business operating across the central belt of Scotland and throughout the Scottish Borders.
We own a strong commercial leasehold portfolio spanning the whole spectrum of commercial property uses, from office and retail, to trade and industrial. All free proceeds of the Group, wherever possible, are re-invested back into the specific geographic region from which they were generated to further benefit employment in the area and ensure the ongoing support of local communities.
This strategy combined with proactive management remain key to the success of the Image Property Group.
